The following policy outlines our approach to placing outbound referrals and must be followed by all agents at our brokerage.

We anticipate that you’re going to be great, of course, we recruited you! To make sure we are on the same page though, please review the following expectations for employee and agent conduct. Inability or unwillingness to stick by this code, will result in disciplinary action or removal from the brokerage.

Pet Policy
We welcome furry friends in the studio, as long as they are well mannered (minimal barking is allowed in the studio) and by your side at all times. You are responsible for your dog's behavior with agents, clients, guests of the studio, as well as other pets within the space.

Event Policy
Agents are allowed to use the studio for business related events during our non operational hours (saturday and sunday follow our standard operation hours as well) which is after 5pm and before 8:30am. New agents will need to complete both onboarding and coaching, while seasoned agents will need to complete just onboarding before being able to use the studio to host events.

Relo Team Requirements
Participation on the Grounded Real Estate Relocation & Referrals Team is a professional opportunity extended to agents who meet certain performance standards and demonstrate a consistent commitment to client service. This addendum outlines the minimum qualifications required for eligibility. Additional expectations, procedures, and operational guidelines will be discussed in detail prior to onboarding and must be acknowledged before an agent is formally added to the team.

Commission & Fee Structure
As provided by law, all fees and commissions must be made payable to Grounded R.E. You will be paid the commissions earned by you based on the Compensation Schedule published separately by Grounded R.E. or as described in the Independent Contractor Agreement.

Marketing Guidelines
The purpose of this policy is to ensure all marketing activities conducted by agents affiliated with the brokerage comply with California real estate law, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Code of Ethics, and brokerage standards. Marketing efforts should maintain professionalism, transparency, and integrity while protecting the interests of clients and promoting the brokerage’s reputation.

Sign Policy
Independent Contractors are welcome to use Grounded provided Open House signs in accordance with the Open House Sign Policy

ALARM POLICY
Grounded Real Estate’s studio and office are equipped with a monitored alarm system.
All agents and staff are responsible for ensuring the alarm is operated correctly during
their access to the premises.
