From Seedling to Superstar
Congratulations! You've sprouted the first green shoot of your real estate career. But don't get too excited, sunshine – you're a fragile little seedling in a competitive jungle. That's where we come in.
Our "GO" (Grounded Onboarding) New Agent Boot Camp is like fertilizer for your ambition, but with more caffeine. We'll nurture your knowledge of contracts, the escrow process, business planning, and the finer points of not getting eaten alive by seasoned agents.
Think of it this way: you are planting the seed of your real estate career and we will help you water it with industry knowledge , and then help you to establish those all-important roots.
Here's what you can expect:
Week 1 - Set Your Foundation
Let’s hit the ground running in the right directions. We will make sure you are set up for success with your systems.
Week 4 - Mock Buyer Consultation and Forms
Two of your coaches PLUS a guest lender will perform a mock buyer consultation so you can see how agents explain the process to a new client and lead them down the pipeline to making an offer. We will also go over buyer forms that are needed.
Week 5 - Working with Sellers
Selling the Dream, Not Just the House - We'll teach you how to prepare a property for maximum appeal and price it competitively to attract those eager buyers.
Week 8 : Open House On Location
We will start our class in the office going over how to prep and perform and open house. We will then take a field trip to an active listing and roll play hosting an open house.
Week 9 - Closing the Deal
From Offer to "Officially Yours!" We'll guide you through the closing process, from paperwork peculiarities to navigating escrow. You'll be a closing pro in no time, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved.
Week 2 - Getting Comfortable with Contracts
Contracts. We'll untangle the legalese labyrinth and equip you with the knowledge to navigate contracts with confidence. You'll understand all the legalese that keeps deals moving and clients protected.
Week 7 - Negotiating the Deal
Inspections can unearth a whole lot of drama, but fear not! We'll equip you to handle them with aplomb. You'll learn how to interpret reports, negotiate repairs, and turn potential roadblocks into opportunities.
Week 10 - Mindset and Time Management
The real estate world is a whirlwind. We'll equip you with the tools and strategies to stay focused, manage your time like a boss, and develop the unshakeable mindset of a top-producing agent.

Week 3 - Working with Buyers
From Wish List to Won Deal! Learn to be a buyer's best bud, not just their realtor robot. We'll show you how to decode their needs, identify dream properties, and navigate making offers.
Week 6 - Mock Listing Appointment and Forms
Two of the coaches will act out a mock listing presentation. You will be able to see how objections are handled and how to close the deal and get the listing agreement signed.
By the end of this boot camp, you won't be a wide-eyed newbie anymore. You'll be a seasoned (or at least slightly less green) agent, ready to take on the world of real estate.
